About

Welcome to Neurodivergent Bouquet!

Hi, I’m Kim. For years, I was a teacher, pouring my energy into understanding and supporting my students—never realizing that the little girl who needed help most was me. When I was finally diagnosed as autistic and ADHD in my 40s, it felt like everything clicked and fell apart at the same time. This blog is the result of piecing myself back together and learning how to live authentically for the first time.

Neurodivergent Bouquet is a space for late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals navigating the complex, non-linear journey of self-discovery. Here, I share honest reflections on masking, burnout, identity, and healing—while also celebrating the joy and empowerment that come with embracing who we truly are.

This blog is more than just a space for reflection—it’s a growing resource for insight, connection, and inspiration. Whether you’re here to feel seen, explore new perspectives, or simply know you’re not alone, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
