Meet Me

This space is built for people who’ve had to twist themselves into knots just to be taken seriously.

I’m a former teacher turned coach and facilitator—supporting neurodivergent teens, their families, and late-diagnosed adults through the messy, often invisible work of figuring out what support actually looks like. No jargon. No “just try harder” advice. Just real talk, real tools, and a lot of unlearning.

After 15 years inside global classrooms, I left teaching with a late diagnosis, a whole lot of burnout, and the deep knowing that the problem wasn’t me—it was the rules I’d been trying to survive.

Now, I work with:

  • Late-diagnosed adults (especially women and non-binary folks) who are done apologising for how their brain works.
  • Teens who are exhausted by expectations that don’t fit.
  • Parents and partners who want to support without overstepping.

I’m currently designing workshops and learning spaces that center reflection, softness, and shared language—for individuals and organisations ready to move beyond surface-level inclusion.

My work blends peer support, lived experience, feminist theory, and 15 years of classroom intuition. I hold a Master’s degree in Gender Studies, and I’ve been on both sides of the masking game. I know what it’s like to survive systems that weren’t built for you—and I know how powerful it is to finally stop surviving and start making space for who you actually are.

I’m queer. I’m neurodivergent. I believe in nuance, boundaries, and calling bullshit on systems that ask people—especially women and gender-diverse folks—to overfunction just to be seen as capable.

I also believe in the power of a well-placed swear—because sometimes, breaking down the status quo takes more than gentle language.

I’m not here to optimize your output.

I’m here to help you figure out what feels good, what feels real, and what helps you keep going. On your terms.
