Because support isn’t one-size-fits-all. And neither are you.
I work with neurodivergent people navigating messy, complex, often invisible realities. If you’ve been told to “just try harder,” “just be more consistent,” or “just calm down”—you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about becoming better at fitting in.
It’s about finding ways to live, work, rest, and relate that actually fit you.
Here’s who I support:
Late-Diagnosed Women and Non-Binary folk
You’ve spent a lifetime adapting. Performing. Surviving.
And now you finally have a name for it—ADHD. Autism. AuDHD.
And that diagnosis changes… everything. And nothing.
I work with people who are:
- Realizing how much they’ve been masking—and grieving what it cost.
- Trying to unlearn the self-blame but still feel stuck in it.
- Struggling with routines, rest, or self-trust.
- Wondering what it even means to live authentically, when you’ve never really had the chance
This isn’t a program.
It’s a process.
We’ll go step by step. No pressure.
Just space to figure it out—gently, honestly, and on your terms.
Neurodivergent Teen Girls and Gender-Expansive Teens
School wasn’t built for your brain—and it shows.
I work with teens who are:
- Trying to do everything right—and still feel like they’re falling behind.
- Quietly overwhelmed, masking all day, and crashing at home.
- Full of insight, sensitivity, and strength—but exhausted from performing.
- Constantly navigating pressure to seem fine, even when everything feels hard.
For girls and gender-expansive teens, these struggles often go unnoticed—because they’re more likely to internalise distress, mask their needs, and work overtime to keep everyone else comfortable.
My background as a teacher means I get the demands of school, and I know how to translate executive functioning skills into real academic strategies—without adding more pressure or shame. Together, we build tools and routines that feel possible, not perfect. Because the goal isn’t doing school the right way—it’s finding your way through.
You don’t need someone telling you to “just focus” or “get it together.”
You need support that sees what’s really going on—and helps you find ways forward that actually fit.
Parents, Partners & Loved Ones Who Want to Do Better
You love someone who’s neurodivergent.
You want to support them—but it’s confusing, frustrating, and sometimes really hard.
Maybe you’re:
- Parenting a teen who’s shut down, lashing out, or constantly struggling.
- Trying to help your partner or friend, but unsure what actually helps.
- Wondering if the way you’re supporting is doing more harm than good.
You don’t need a script. You need a better understanding.
We’ll talk about boundaries, burnout, communication, and what it actually means to support someone who’s wired differently.
Because love is not about fixing.
It’s about learning how to show up differently.
Not Sure If You Fit?
If you’ve read this far and something in you feels seen—
You belong here.
If you’re a little uncertain, a little burned out, and a little tired of doing it all alone—
You’re in the right place.
And if you’re still not sure?
That’s okay. Reach out. We’ll figure it out together.
Welcome
