FAQ

What is this?

This is support that’s individualised, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience.

I’m not just guessing what might help—I’m autistic and ADHD myself, and I’ve spent years navigating these same questions.

I offer coaching and peer support, not therapy.

That means we explore this terrain together—with curiosity, compassion, and no clinical pressure.

I bring my lived experience as someone late-diagnosed and burnt out—

and now figuring out what healing actually looks like.

Some people come looking for space to unpack things.

Others need support with routines, boundaries, executive function, or managing the day-to-day.

We can do both.

This work blends coaching when structure helps and peer support when you just need space to be met where you are.

Together, we’ll unpack:

  • Masking
  • Internalised ableism
  • Burnout and emotional fatigue
  • Routines, shame spirals, and the stories you’ve been told about your brain

This is individualised.

It’s flexible.

And it’s rooted in the belief that you don’t need fixing—

You need support that feels like it actually fits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope. I offer coaching and peer support, not therapy.

That means I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat.

I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to support you alongside you, in a space that’s honest, flexible, and real.

It’s less about labels and more about how we work together.

  • Peer support is grounded in shared lived experience—I’m autistic and ADHD too, and I bring that into the room with care and transparency.
  • Coaching adds more structure when needed. If you’re looking for support around goals, executive functioning, or unlearning internalised expectations—we can focus in and build tools together.

Some people want both. Some just want a space to process. We’ll shape it to suit you.

Nope.

Whether you’re undiagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or somewhere in-between—you’re welcome here.

I care more about how things feel than what label you’ve been given (or denied).

Yes—but it’s important that your teen is on board.

Support only works if they feel safe and seen, not pushed or managed.

I’m happy to talk with both of you to see if it’s a good fit.

Not at all.

Sessions are on Zoom, but cameras are totally optional.

Show up in whatever way feels doable—video on, audio only, or even just chat if that’s what your brain can manage that day.

No stress. Life happens—especially when you’re neurodivergent.

Just let me know. I aim to be flexible, and we’ll figure it out together.

That’s okay.

You don’t need to have a clear plan or polished “goals.”

You just need to show up. We’ll start there—and build something that feels right for you.

I offer reduced rates for:

  • South African clients
  • Clients in the Global South
  • People experiencing financial difficulty

Concession spots are limited, and there’s a short form to apply.

If you’re unsure—reach out. I’d rather talk about access than let money be a barrier to support.
