I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you found this space by chance or through curiosity, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

This blog was born from my own journey—a story of late diagnosis, self-discovery, and healing. For years, I lived with questions I couldn’t quite articulate and answers that never seemed to fit. It wasn’t until I learned I was neurodivergent that the pieces of my life finally started to make sense.

I still remember the exact moment I heard the words that confirmed my suspicions. There was relief, yes, but also this flood of grief. It hit me all at once—years of misunderstanding myself, pushing through when I should have rested, and wondering why I couldn’t just be like everyone else. It was like meeting myself for the first time, but also mourning all the ways I’d hidden who I was just to survive.

That’s why I created this space. It’s a place to unpack what it means to discover this part of yourself later in life. It’s a place to explore the grief, the joy, the anger, and the relief that come with unmasking and embracing your true self.

You’ll find reflections here—stories of my own experiences and insights I’ve gained along the way. You’ll also find community, validation, and tools to help you navigate this path in your own way, at your own pace.

I don’t claim to have all the answers. But I believe in the power of shared experiences, in learning from one another, and in creating spaces where we don’t have to explain our differences—they’re simply understood.

So, if you’re a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person feeling overwhelmed, curious, or maybe even a little lost, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates.

You are not alone in this journey. Let’s explore it together.

With warmth and understanding,
Kim
